WHEN THE CLAIM HITS A WALL,bring us in.

You document the damage and price the scope. When the insurer still won't pay, your client needs a lawyer who knows how the carrier is evaluating the claim. We've sat on that side. Let's work together to get your clients what their policy promises.

Signs it's time

WHEN A CLAIM needs a lawyer.

A COVERAGE DENIAL"Wear and tear," "long-term leakage," "prior damage." Disputes about cause and coverage are legal fights, not pricing fights.
AN ENGINEER'S REPORTOnce the carrier hires an engineer, it's building a record. Your client needs one too.
AN EXAMINATION UNDER OATHA request for an EUO or sworn proof of loss means the carrier is preparing for a dispute.
STALLED OR SILENTRepeated document requests, missed callbacks, or months without a decision. Texas law sets deadlines.
APPRAISAL TROUBLEDisputes over the umpire, an appraiser's independence, or an award the carrier won't pay.
A DEADLINE IS CLOSESuit limitations and the 61-day presuit notice can't be fixed after the fact. Check the dates.

Playing it straight

We don't pay referral fees, and we never solicit your clients. Texas law prohibits both, and so do we.

Our relationship is simple: you send homeowners who need help, and we do right by them. That's what keeps them, and you, coming back.

PARTNER FAQ

Do you pay referral fees?

No. Texas law doesn't allow lawyers to pay non-lawyers for referrals, and we follow it strictly.

Will you work with me if I'm the public adjuster on the claim?

Often, yes. How we coordinate depends on your contract with the homeowner and the stage of the claim. We'll talk it through openly with you and your client.

I'm a contractor. Can I still do the repairs?

That's the homeowner's choice. Our job is to get the claim paid so the work can get done.

What kinds of claims do you take?

Residential property claims: wind, hail, hurricane, water, plumbing and fire, whether denied, underpaid or delayed, across Greater Houston and Southeast Texas.
